What we collect

When you send a quote request or a message, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city or neighbourhood, details about your project, how you prefer to be contacted and any photos you choose to add. We also record which page the request was sent from.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, carry out the project. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated purposes.

How it is handled

Your request is sent by email to MVP Peinture, and you receive an automatic confirmation by email. A backup copy is kept in a protected folder on our web hosting account (Hostinger) so a request is not lost if an email fails to arrive. Only MVP Peinture has access to it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at peinturemvp1@gmail.com or 514-835-0227. The person responsible for the protection of personal information at MVP Peinture Inc. can be reached at the same address.

Cookies, ads and maps

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Only if you click Accept in the cookie bar, this website loads the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms that tells us whether our ads led to a visit, a call or a quote request. It is off by default and nothing is sent to Meta if you decline. Meta may process this information outside Québec. You can change your choice at any time: cookie settings.

The site also stores your language choice, your cookie choice and any unsent form answers in your own browser. Pages with a map show an embedded Google Map, which is provided by Google and may set Google's own cookies.
