About MVP Peinture

A West Island painting company focused on one thing: careful, clean painting work.

Our story

MVP Peinture Inc. started with a simple belief: every home deserves to be treated with care and painted properly.

My experience goes back more than 25 years, first with Peinture Plus Valable (Most Valuable Painting), my first painting company, then with Finition Qualité BC, which offered both renovation and painting and became known mostly for its renovation work.

As those renovation projects grew bigger and more complex, I missed what painting demands: focus, precision and a result you can see the moment the job is done. That's what led to MVP Peinture Inc., a company built around painting and nothing else. The goal is simple: a strong, reliable team that delivers excellent results on every job.

The approach hasn't changed. Show up prepared, work cleanly and respectfully, use quality materials, and don't leave until the job is done right. A full home, a main floor, a single room or plaster repairs before a sale: every project matters, because your home is your most important space.

What we stand for

Integrity

Straight answers about what your project needs, what it costs and how long it will take.

Respect

Your home is protected, the work area is kept clean, and we leave the space ready to live in.

Attention to detail

Precise edges, smooth transitions and even coverage, on every project.

Reliability

We show up when we say we will, communicate clearly and follow through from quote to final inspection.

Our preparation standard

Every project starts with the same ten steps. This is how we protect your home and set up a clean, even finish.

  1. All floors in the work area are fully protected before any tools or materials come in.
  2. Furniture is moved to the centre of the room as needed for full, clear access.
  3. Furniture and belongings are wrapped in clean, unused plastic sheeting.
  4. Floor coverings are checked to be clean and dust-free before work begins.
  5. Ceilings, walls and trim are examined under work lights to catch every imperfection.
  6. Cracks and damaged areas are repaired with mesh tape and high-strength plaster.
  7. Loose nails and screws are secured before surface preparation continues.
  8. Repaired surfaces are sanded smooth under work lights.
  9. Vacuums are used throughout to keep dust to a minimum.
  10. Repaired areas are primed to blend with the surrounding texture.
